Is Islam Peaceful

So many times today, we see the massing of thousands for the Palestinian people. Muslims, Christians and even some JEWS are calling for the removal of the Jewish people from the land promised to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. These people are the Jews. And it is a shame today that even Christians and Jews will unite with the Islamic propaganda machine and with a straight face tell the world that Israel has to go! But the problem is, if the Jews and Christians who are siding with the Islamic war machine could see what the Palestinian Muslims are broadcasting on their television stations, I think the popularity of the “oppressed” Palestinians who only have rocks (so we’re told) would diminish if not completely vanish. MSNBC, a United States media channel recently ran three separate investigations into Islamic extremism, and you guessed it, two of them focused on Islamic extremism in the Holy Land.

The first showed the history of the Islamic Resistance Movement, more famously known as Hamas. This program (who I believe should earn MSNBC a media award) showed how Hamas is probably the biggest threat to Israel within her own borders. And believe it or not, Hamas was founded as a non-military movement but later developed a military faction. This faction is responsible for most homicide bombings in Israel today, with Islamic Jihad right behind them. Every year, they recruit dozens of potential homicide bombers by telling them that if they blow themselves up for Allah, they and their families will go straight to Jennah, which means Paradise (or Heaven) in Arabic. The Palestinian media uses this theological nonsense and broadcasts numerous programs preaching the glory of being a martyr in the war against Israel. To the Palestinian people, they believe it is their duty to Allah their god, “Palestine” their land, and the Muslim people living there.

The second show focuses on how the Islamic terrorist groups recruit homicide bombers. It interviewed a few different bombers who because of the divine protection of the God of Israel, were either captured or had their bombs malfunction. These men each preach that they were approached by Hamas or Islamic Jihad, promised Paradise for their families (as well as about $5,000 to be given to their loved ones) if they would just blow themselves up for Allah. This kind of belief is very powerful, but since it is a false belief, it is extremely dangerous.

I believe today that we are seeing the end times scenario rapidly progressing. America and the world must wake up to the threat that Islam poses. I don’t say Fanatic Islam, because the Islamic religion itself is a threat to the United States and especially Israel, for true Islam IS fanatic Islam. Anyone who preaches that Islam is a religion of peace, I as a former Muslim, have three questions that must be asked. 

 

1. If Islam is peace, why does it teach that anyone who leaves Islam must be given a chance to convert back, or face execution as an apostate?

 

2. If Islam is peaceful, why is it responsible for most of the world’s terrorism?

 

3. If Islam is peaceful, why is it that while Muslims are free to preach their religion in the USA, it denies the right of Christians to preach the Gospel in Muslim lands?

 

It’s time for America and the world to take a stand. Perhaps people think we are close minded, but the brothers and sisters who have put this site together can each tell you we preach out of experience and love. For we used to be Muslims until we met Jesus
